The Freedom Exit provides educational content, digital courses, templates, downloads, and related materials designed to help business owners better understand the business exit process. All Services are delivered digitally through Kajabi unless otherwise stated.

Access to purchased content is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., lifetime access or limited-time access).

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided through The Freedom Exit is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and consulting qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.

3. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, valuations, sales, or income.

Any examples, scenarios, or explanations provided are illustrative only. Results depend on many factors, including market conditions, business performance, timing, and individual effort.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree:

Not to share, resell, sublicense, or distribute course content
Not to allow unauthorized access to your account
Not to reproduce or copy materials for commercial use
To provide accurate billing and account information

All content is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

You authorize The Freedom Exit to charge the payment method you provide for all purchases made.

6. Refund Policy

By purchasing, you agree to our Terms of Service. All sales are final. Digital content is for educational purposes only and may not be shared or redistributed. There are 2 exceptions: In the rare circumstance of a double purchase of the same product, a refund can be given. Also, Tier 3's 1-on-1 consulting may be eligible for a full or partial refund of unused consulting time only, calculated as the the full price or a percentage of the price difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3. 7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, templates, frameworks, and downloads are owned by The Freedom Exit and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Freedom Exit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

You agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms such as Kajabi, Stripe, Typeform, and analytics tools to provide the Services. The Freedom Exit is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse content, or engage in unauthorized sharing or distribution.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
