Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, The Freedom Exit does not offer refunds on any purchases.

No Refunds on Digital Products (not including 1-on-1 DWY calls)

All products, programs, courses, downloads, and materials (other than 1-on1 DWY consulting) offered by The Freedom Exit are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase. Once access is granted, the content cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused. For this reason, all sales are final. However, there are 2 exceptions, please see the "Exceptions" section below.

Access to Intellectual Property

By purchasing our products, you gain access to proprietary educational content, frameworks, templates, and materials. Allowing refunds after access would permit use, copying, or distribution of this intellectual property without compensation.

To protect the integrity of our work and ensure fairness, refunds are not provided.

Exceptions

In the rare circumstance of a double order and proof of a double purchase, a refund can be given.

Tier 3's 1:1 consulting may be eligible for a full or partial refund of unused consulting time only, calculated as the the full price (if none are used) or a percentage of the price difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3, depending on how many were used. Digital content and materials remain non-refundable. Once a consulting session occurs, it is considered used.

No exceptions will be made for:

Change of mind
Lack of time
Failure to complete the program
Dissatisfaction with results
Misunderstanding of program content
