Seller Preparation Partner Terms
Last Updated: February 13th, 2026
For clarity, this referral partnership is a commission-based referral arrangement only and does not create any legal partnership, equity interest, joint venture, or shared ownership relationship.Â
These Seller Preparation Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the referral partnership program offered by The Freedom Exit LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering as a Seller Preparation Partner ("affiliate partner") or referring clients, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility & Approval
Affiliate participation is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or decline any affiliate sign up for any reason and at any time.
Affiliates must operate in a professional manner consistent with serving business owners and advisors. We may revoke affiliate status if we determine that participation is not aligned with our values, brand, or client outcomes.
2. Referral Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions for qualified referrals that result in a completed purchase of The Freedom Exit Accelerator program. Each affiliate will receive their own unique link to keep track of all referral purchases.Â
A “Qualified Referral” is a purchaser who:
- Was not previously enrolled in the program
- Was not already in an active sales conversation with us prior to the referral
- Is properly attributed to the affiliate via our tracking or written confirmation
Commission amounts and structures are communicated separately and may vary by partner.
At this time, commissions are only paid on The Freedom Exit Accelerator referral revenue, not any consulting or consulting packages that maybe be apart of a purchase with the Accelerator.
3. Commission Timing & Payouts
Commissions are considered earned 30 days after the referred purchase date, provided the purchase has not been refunded, reversed, or charged back. While commissions are contractually due after 30 days, we may, at our discretion, process payouts to affiliates sooner. Early payouts do not establish a precedent or obligation for future payouts. All commission payments are subject to verification and final approval.
Commissions are considered late after 45 days from the purchase date.
4. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a referred customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, or has payment reversed for any reason, the corresponding commission is voided and will not be paid. If a commission has already been paid, we reserve the right to deduct the amount from future payouts.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates agree to promote The Freedom Exit Accelerator honestly and professionally.
Affiliates may not:
- Make false, misleading, or guaranteed income or exit claims
- Misrepresent the program’s outcomes or features
- Impersonate the Company or represent themselves as an employee, entity business partner, or decision-maker
- Use spam, deceptive practices, or unethical outreach
- Run paid ads using our brand name or trademarks (without written permission)
Affiliates act solely as referral partners and may not negotiate pricing, terms, or guarantees on our behalf.
6. Independent Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship.
Affiliates have no authority to bind, obligate, or make representations on behalf of the Company.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination:
- Affiliates are no longer eligible to earn future commissions
- Any earned but unpaid commissions will be handled according to these Terms
8. Changes to Commission Structure
We reserve the right to modify commission percentages, structures, or referral terms at any time.
Any changes will be communicated via email and will not affect commissions that are already pending or earned under the prior structure.
Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the affiliate program.
The Company’s total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount of commissions earned but unpaid by the Affiliate at the time the claim arises.
By participating in the affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Freedom Exit LLC, its owners, officers, and representatives, including Jared Norton (also known as Jared August), from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the Affiliate’s participation, promotion activities, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Acceptance
By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
